Generate Security & Peace of Mind. Our mission is to save as many lives as we can! We construct & retrofit schools with retractable ballistic partitions on a track system (patent pending) and deploy early-warning detection using AI cameras & sonar. We can retrofit any public space — churches, grocery stores, and shopping centers — to reduce casualties and injuries by promoting preparedness, awareness, and practical protection strategies.

Our children are under attack; their safety and ability to learn is impacted by anxiety and fear. We can do better for our children.

“No more under the desk.” 19 lives were lost under desks in Uvalde, TX. Since 1999, there have been 440 lives lost and 1,243 injured in K-12 school shooting incidents. Project Safe Haven-Guardian aims to fortify schools and protect children & teachers from active shooters — another layer of protection.

Founder and CEO — Maximus Giordano

As CEO of Project Safe Haven, Maximus Giordano is the driving force behind the organization’s mission to safeguard schools and empower communities. Inspired by a vision from God for a more secure future for children, Maximus stepped forward to form a team capable of building solutions that blend compassion, innovation, and real-world effectiveness. He has established trusted relationships with parents, educators, school boards, and legislators, becoming a strong voice for common-sense and technologically advanced safety initiatives. Maximus believes that true leadership means listening, serving, and standing firm in the mission—even when solutions require courage and change. His dedication continues to shape Project Safe Haven into a national leader in life-saving school protection systems.

COO and Grant Writer — James Wadleigh

James Wadleigh serves as Project Manager for Project Safe Haven, where he leads strategic planning, operational execution, and cross-department coordination for all major initiatives. He brings more than a decade of experience in grant acquisition, operational management, and infrastructure project oversight through his firm, Wadleigh Management. James has secured significant grant funding for nonprofits, municipalities, and private companies, helping turn innovative concepts into fully developed, fundable projects. His prior leadership roles with the City of Redding and City of Palo Alto strengthened his expertise in managing complex systems, stakeholder relationships, and mission-critical operations. James brings discipline, clarity, and a passion for service to the Project Safe Haven mission.

AI Architect, Engineer, and CTO — Robert Phillips

Robert Phillips is a 23-year cybersecurity veteran, AI architect, and full-stack engineer with a career spanning major enterprise platforms, large-scale cloud infrastructure, and advanced machine-learning systems. Having contributed to three major exits—SecureAuth ($250M), Investment Metrics ($91M), and AAPI ($18M)—and having built mission-critical applications for global leaders such as Google, Microsoft, and Bank of America, Robert now serves as the Chief Technology Officer and principal architect of Project Safe Haven. He is the creator of the Integra Situational AI platform, which powers Safe Haven’s real-time weapon detection, ballistic partition automation, autonomous safety protocols, drone-vision modules, and LLM-guided decision systems. Driven by a mission to protect children and safeguard communities, Robert views Project Safe Haven as part of “God’s product suite”—technology designed to save lives, restore peace to schools, and transform every campus into a secure, AI-powered sanctuary where students can learn free from fear.
